Installation Instructions:
1. Load the carbon fiber base board on the treatment bed;
2. Fixed the wing-shaped board on the one of the three positions of the base board according to the patient’s figure, and tighten the screws (See Figure A below);
3. Install the head support on the wing-shaped board;
4. If the vacuum fixation mat repositor needed in the treatment, the operator can fix it on required position of the base plate (See Figure A below);
5. Fixed base plate for knee and feet fix cushions, cushions for leg height adjustment, knee fix cushions, feet fix cushion on the carbon fiber base plate according to the patient’s required (See Figure A below);
6. Chose the T type hand grip or U type hand grips according to the treatment. T type hand grip must be fixed on the wing-shaped board, and U type hand grips must be fixed on the carbon fiber base board (See Figure A below);
7. About bridges installation: open the locking devices on the both side of the bridges, and load on the base board and lock the devices to the right or left side (See Figure B below);
8. About the height adjustment of the bridges pls see figure B below;
9. About the adjustment of the laser, pls see figure C below;
10. Installation finished (See Figure 1 above).
Usage:
1. Load the carbon fiber base board on the treatment bed;
2. Finishing the installation;
3. Load the vacuum cushion on the base plate;
4. Let the patient lying on the vacuum cushion, head on the head support, knee on the knee fix cushions, feet on the feet fix cushions;
5. Fixed and adjusted the bridges on the required positions;
6. Open the laser, and use the red marker mark the spot on the skin;
7. Use the laser in the machine room to read and write down scale of the bridges on the both side;
8. Write down all required data to reset the patient position in the treatment.
Matters need attention:
1. No colliding, product should be stored in clean, ventilated and dry inside storeroom, please don’t be mixed with the harmful and toxic substance in the same room.
2. Please put the product in a horizontal position when it isn’t used.
Cleaning:
Use the alcohol or detergent to clean the base plate.
Disposal:
You can throw it in the trash directly as the general waste, because the carbon fiber material is Non-toxic, no pollution.
